Ten Interesting Facts About Me
  1. This is my third year teaching preschool.
  2. I did part of my student teaching in Ghana, Africa.
  3. I prefer to be barefoot, so don't be surprised if you catch me without shoes after school :)
  4. I am a vegetarian.
  5. I love to play tennis.
  6. I love traveling, some of my most interesting travels include: Tanzania, Uganda, Haiti, Washington DC and New York City.
  7. I have one older sister; she lives in Boston.
  8. I have two kayaks and love to be on the water.
  9. My mom Mrs. Reeds, is a retired Morley Stanwood teacher, she'll be in to volunteer throughout the year!
  10. I love to sing and can play the piano too!

My Education

I am a Big Rapids High School graduate.  I earned my early childhood teaching degree at Central Michigan University. Fire Up Chips!!! I also have a leadership minor and have facilitated leadership camps for kids and adults. This fall I will begin a graduate degree in Early Childhood Education at Grand Valley State University.
